Lu555's Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions lu555 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", or "lu555") and the user of our platform (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Bettor", or "you"), forming a binding agreement between both parties.

By using the lu555 website (lu555.app), mobile application, and all related services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using lu555.

Lu555 operates under an international gaming license and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms & Conditions are provided in Bengali; however, in the event of any dispute, international law shall apply.

• Minimum age 18 years is required.
• You must be of sound mind and betting of your own free will.

• You must not appear on lu555's list of banned individuals.

All betting activity on lu555 is governed by the rules below. Please read them carefully before placing any bet:

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless lu555 voids it under exceptional circumstances. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, lu555 reserves the right to void that bet.

4.2 Odds & Payouts

All odds are displayed in decimal format. Payouts are calculated based on the odds shown at the time of bet confirmation. Odds may change rapidly during live betting.

4.3 Match Cancellation or Abandonment

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, bets will be settled according to lu555's established rules. In most cases, the bet stake will be refunded.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on lu555. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳1,00,000 (without KYC verification)
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
• Deposits are generally instant; in some cases they may take up to 30 minutes.
• Deposits from a mobile number registered under another person's name will not be accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000 (without KYC verification)
• Processing time: up to 15 minutes (usually instant)
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal.

Lu555 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. The following terms apply to the use of these offers:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which are outlined in the offer details.
• Bets placed with bonus balance may be subject to payout limits.
• Bonus abuse — including claiming the same bonus multiple times or using fake accounts — is strictly prohibited.
• Lu555 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are available to eligible bettors only — lu555 reserves the right to determine eligibility.
• Bonuses can only be withdrawn after meeting the specified wagering requirements.

Lu555 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to protect all bettors and prevent fraud. Verification may be required in the following situations:

• When making a large withdrawal for the first time
• If unusual activity is detected on the account
• When verification of registration details is required
• As Directed by the Regulatory Authority

KYC verification may require submission of a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. All submitted documents are kept strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lu555 platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure:

• Match Fixing: Manipulating or participating in the manipulation of any event's outcome.
• Use of Bots: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to guarantee a profit by placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple platforms.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming the same bonus multiple times or obtaining bonuses through fake accounts.
• Money Laundering: Using lu555 for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the lu555 system.
• Fraud: Creating an account or gaining advantages using false information.

Lu555 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification
• Providing False Information
• Regulatory Authority Directive

You may contact lu555's support team at any time to close your account. It is your responsibility to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

Lu555 strives to maintain the highest standards of service; however, lu555's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Lu555 is not liable for any missed bets resulting from internet disconnection.
• Lu555 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateway issues.
• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If your account credentials are compromised due to your own negligence.

Under all circumstances, lu555's maximum financial liability is limited to the balance held in your account.

Lu555 is firmly committed to responsible betting. Betting is entertainment, not a source of income — play with that mindset. Our platform offers the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Time Limit: Automatic session break after a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a betting break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently close your account.
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders of your betting time and spending at set intervals.
